Buckets of Blood (Bloody Mary Cheese)

Cream cheese, monterey jack, and a Worcestershire & tomato aioli is blended with cream of horseradish and spicy Chicago style giardiniera, finished off with a dash of celery salt. A cheese worthy of a vodka on the rocks.
