Spent Grain Bread

A lactic acid (sourdough with bram (an alcohol foam) included) brewed dough, mixed with spent brewers grains form the base of the 1lb loaf. Deep brown in color, with a thick crust, and double the sugars to promote toasting abilities.

Spent Grain Focaccia

A twice risen, olive oil coated dough. Rolled in a final layer of spent grain before baking for that extra crunch. Hearty and dense in all the right ways.

Spent Grain Pretzels

A soft style pretzel bite full of spent grains, flashed in milk and baked to a golden brown delicious, hit with round and puffy pearls of salt.
